1. Scope
1.1. The statement applies to the content and functions published on the radelivery.com domain, including the public pages, the Customer account, search, the catalogue, the cart, checkout, payment, order tracking, RA DELIVERY Ultra and support.
1.2. The statement does not automatically extend to third-party sites, external pages or independent services accessed via links, which may have their own accessibility statements.
2. Commitment
2.1. RA DELIVERY aims for all persons, including persons with disabilities, to be able to perceive, understand, navigate and operate the service with autonomy, dignity and equal opportunities. Accessibility is integrated into design, development, content, testing and support.
3. Compliance status
Full compliance: radelivery.com is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2, Level AA, and with the requirements applicable to e-commerce services under Law no. 232/2022.
3.2. The assessment covers the criteria of perceivability, operability, understandability and robustness, including the new WCAG 2.2 requirements relevant to focus, accessible authentication, consistent help, redundant entry and target size.
4. Non-accessible content
4.1. As at the date of this statement, no non-accessible content has been identified within the assessed scope and there are no declared derogations for non-compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
4.2. An unforeseen issue, a technical regression or new content that creates a barrier is treated as an accessibility incident and does not change the Operator's intention to maintain full compliance.
5. Alternatives
5.1. In the event of a temporary unavailability, the same information or function is offered through an equivalent accessible channel, at no additional cost. An address can be entered in text format, cart details are available on the checkout page, and support can facilitate access to information and operations.
5.2. Users can access their account, product information, orders and assistance without depending exclusively on a map, an image, a complex gesture, colour, sound or mouse interaction.
6. Implemented measures
- semantic HTML structure, headings and landmarks in a logical order;
- full keyboard navigation, without focus traps and with a visible indicator;
- programmatic names, roles, states and values for interactive controls;
- alternative texts for informative images and ignoring of decorative images;
- contrast and text resizing without loss of content or function;
- reflow and usability at magnification of up to 400% for the essential flows;
- clear error messages, identification of the field and remediation instructions;
- touch targets sized and spaced for users with reduced mobility;
- no exclusive dependence on colour, orientation, motion or sensory characteristics;
- clear language, consistent labels and help available in a predictable position.
7. Continuous improvement
7.1. Accessibility is included in the development cycle. Reusable components have acceptance criteria, major changes are reviewed before release, and regressions are tracked through automated and manual tests.
- periodic training for product, design, development, content and support;
- auditing of the authentication, search, ordering, payment and support flows;
- testing with keyboard, zoom, contrast and screen readers;
- monitoring of errors and retesting after remediation;
- immediate prioritisation of any barrier that would prevent an order or access to essential information.
8. Planned improvements
8.1. The plan is preventive in nature and aims to maintain full compliance: extending the regression tests, validating each new component, periodically checking the contrast in the available themes, testing modals at high magnification and continuously reviewing accessible names and focus indicators.
8.2. No planned improvement constitutes an acknowledgement of a current non-compliance; the objective is to prevent regressions and to adapt to the evolution of standards and assistive technologies.
9. Compatibility with browsers and assistive technologies
9.2. RA DELIVERY pursues broad compatibility and tests representative combinations. Behaviour may be influenced by extensions, old versions, local settings or defects of third-party technology, without reducing the obligation to remedy the components controlled by the Operator.
- the current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge;
- JAWS and NVDA on Windows;
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS;
- TalkBack on Android;
- keyboard navigation, voice commands, zoom and the contrast settings of the system.
10. Technical specifications
10.1. Accessibility relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, accessible SVG, ARIA roles and attributes used only where native semantics are not sufficient, as well as on the accessibility APIs of browsers and operating systems.
11. Third-party content
11.1. Merchants may provide names, descriptions and images. RA DELIVERY applies content requirements, validations and reporting channels and requires the prompt correction of any barrier. Links to independent services are governed by the respective operators.
12. Feedback and contact
12.1. RA DELIVERY encourages the reporting of any barrier or suggestion. For a quick resolution, the message may mention the page or screen, the operation, the device, the browser and the assistive technology used; these details are voluntary.

13. Preparation of the statement
13.1. The statement was prepared on 17 July 2026 on the basis of internal self-assessment, functional tests and the technical validation of the main flows in accordance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. No independent external audit is declared.
14. Review
14.1. The statement is reviewed at least annually and after significant changes to radelivery.com, to the legal framework or to the standards. Any confirmed issue is documented, remedied and retested.
15. Complaint channels
15.1.
