RA DELIVERY Business allows organizations to manage users, budgets, policies and invoicing. RA DELIVERY Drive facilitates the pickup and delivery of an organization's goods, without RA DELIVERY purchasing the products.

1. Scope

1.1. These terms apply to the legal entity or professional using RA DELIVERY Business, Drive, the portal, order links or the Direct API. The commercial contract and the technical documentation prevail for negotiated parameters.

2. The Organization and authorized users

2.1. The Organization designates administrators and users, sets policies, budgets, cost centers and payment methods, and is responsible for the authorization, deactivation and activity of its accounts.

2.2. The user who confirms an order on behalf of the Organization declares that they have authority. The Organization keeps the confidentiality of credentials and immediately notifies any unauthorized use.

3. RA DELIVERY Business

3.1. Business may allow product orders for employees, collaborators, guests or other persons, eligibility rules, spending caps, schedules, approvals, centralized invoicing and reports. The contract of sale for products is concluded with the Merchant and with the party identified at checkout.

4. RA DELIVERY Drive

4.1. Drive is a technology-based intermediation and delivery management service for goods prepared or sold by the Organization. RA DELIVERY does not purchase, does not inspect and does not become the owner of the goods, except by express agreement.

5. Delivery types

• simple delivery: one pickup address and one drop-off address;
• round trip: pickup, drop-off and return to the initial point;
• multiple pickup: several pickup points and one destination;
• multiple drop-off: one pickup and several destinations;
• scheduled or immediate delivery, to the extent the option is displayed.

6. Order creation

6.1. The Organization provides exact addresses, geolocation, contact persons and phone numbers, the time window, description, declared value, weight, dimensions, special conditions and any handover code. Inaccurate data may generate delays, cancellation and justified costs.

7. Goods and packaging

7.1. The Organization guarantees that the goods are legal, safe, adequately packaged and labeled, do not exceed the displayed limits and do not require licenses or special conditions that have not been accepted. Cash, weapons, explosives, hazardous substances, illegal goods, live animals and any item excluded in the Platform are prohibited.

7.2. Food products, fragile items, valuable items, temperature-controlled items or age-restricted items are accepted only under the expressly available conditions and with the necessary packaging, instructions and checks.

8. Pickup and proof

8.1. The goods must be ready upon arrival. The Courier identifies themselves through the order in the Platform. Handover and delivery may be confirmed by PIN code, signature, photograph, scan, name or other agreed proof, with minimization of personal data.

9. Unavailable recipient

9.1. If the recipient does not respond after the reasonable attempts displayed, RA DELIVERY may request instructions, wait, return the goods or complete the delivery according to the flow. Additional time and the return may be charged if they were communicated.

10. Cancellation

10.1. Cancellation is free of charge until the moment indicated before confirmation. After acceptance by the Courier or the start of the journey, the full fee or the actual cost may be due, depending on the commercial offer and the service already performed.

11. Price and invoicing

11.1. The price may depend on distance, time, stops, weight, size, demand, return, waiting and additional services. The estimate is displayed before the order, and adjustments are justified by the actual data and the accepted conditions.

11.2. Invoices and reports are provided electronically. The Organization verifies the fiscal data, pays by the due date and may dispute an item within a reasonable period, without delaying the undisputed amounts.

12. API and security

12.1. API keys, tokens, webhooks and credentials are confidential. The Organization applies authentication, access control, logging, rate limiting and secret rotation, and does not attempt to circumvent technical measures.

12.2. The documentation establishes the fields, statuses, limits, versions and the change procedure. RA DELIVERY may deactivate an integration that generates risk, abuse or non-compliant traffic, after notification if the situation allows.

13. Personal data

13.1. For Business orders, the Organization may see in reports the data necessary for policies and payment. For Drive, the roles of controller and processor are established in the data protection annex depending on the concrete purpose. The Organization informs recipients and transmits only the necessary data.

14. Service levels

14.1. Times are estimates, unless the offer provides a guaranteed service level. Traffic, weather, demand, access, incorrect information and recipient unavailability may affect delivery. Service credits are granted only in accordance with the commercial contract.

15. Acceptable use

15.1. Use of the service for fraud, spam, harassment, breach of the law, unauthorized resale, scraping, vulnerability testing, transmission of excessive data or prohibited goods is forbidden.

16. Suspension

16.1. RA DELIVERY may suspend a user, an API key or the service for non-payment, security risk, abusive volume, illegal goods or serious breaches. The Organization receives reasons and a path to remediation or challenge, except in emergencies.

17. Liability

17.1. The Organization is liable for the goods, packaging, information and the authorization of users. RA DELIVERY is liable for its own assumed technological and delivery obligations. The limitations in the contract do not affect liability that cannot be legally excluded.

18. Term

18.1. The term, renewal and notice period are those set out in the commercial contract. Termination does not affect active orders, payments, confidentiality, data and the obligations which by their nature continue.
