This notice explains how PEROMA HUMAN RESOURCES SRL (RA DELIVERY) processes candidates' personal data during recruitment: what data are collected, the purposes and legal bases, recipients, retention periods, and candidates' rights.

Processing of the data of persons applying for roles at RA DELIVERY
RA DELIVERY uses application data only for recruitment, evaluation, communication, legal checks and the defence of rights. An application is not rejected on an exclusively automated basis without a human evaluation.
Public document prepared for use on the RA DELIVERY website and applications. Mandatory rights provided by law prevail over any contrary contractual provision.

1. Controller
1.1. PEROMA HUMAN RESOURCES SRL is the controller of candidates' data for the positions and collaborations published on radelivery.com or communicated through its official channels.
2. Data subjects
2.1. This notice applies to persons who submit an application, take part in interviews, are recommended with their knowledge, or are contacted about a professional opportunity.
3. Data collected
- name, telephone, e-mail, locality and professional identification data;
- CV, education, qualifications, experience, languages, portfolio and public professional profile;
- role preferences, availability, expectations and right to work;
- interview notes, evaluations, tests and communications;
- references and checks permitted by law, only at the relevant stage;
- data necessary for the offer and hiring of the selected candidate.
4. Sources
4.1. Data come from the candidate, from the platform through which they apply, from the person recommending them, from public professional profiles and from authorised recruitment or verification providers.
5. Purposes and legal bases

6. Sensitive data
6.1. RA DELIVERY does not request information about health, origin, religion, orientation or other special categories unless they are necessary for a legal obligation, a reasonable accommodation or the exercise of a right, and a GDPR legal basis exists. Candidates are asked not to include unnecessary data in their CV.
7. Checks
7.1. References, documents, the right to work and any integrity checks are carried out only where they are relevant, proportionate, legally permitted and after the candidate has been informed. A criminal record certificate is requested only for a role and on a legal basis that justifies it.
8. Recipients
- recruitment staff and the managers involved;
- recruitment, testing, communication, cloud and security providers;
- legal advisers and authorities, where a legal basis exists;
- a successor entity in the event of a reorganisation, with confidentiality safeguards.
9. Transfers
9.1. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures are used, as applicable.
10. Retention
10.1. The data of an unsuccessful candidate are kept, as a rule, for 12 months from the closing of the process, for managing the application and defending rights. For future opportunities, retention may continue for up to 24 months only on the basis of consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
10.2. The data of the selected candidate are transferred to the personnel file and kept in accordance with the notice applicable to staff and with legal obligations.
11. Automated decisions
11.1. Tools may assist in organising applications and comparing objective criteria, but RA DELIVERY does not adopt an exclusively automated rejection decision with significant effect. Candidates may request explanations and human review.
12. Security
12.1. Access is limited to the persons involved, and data are protected through access control, encryption, logging, confidentiality and controlled deletion measures.
13. Rights
13.1. Candidates have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint with ANSPDCP (the Romanian data protection authority), under the conditions of the GDPR. Requests are sent to [email protected] or [email protected].
14. Future roles
14.1. Consent for other roles is separate from the current application, does not condition the evaluation and may be withdrawn without consequences. After withdrawal, the data are deleted unless another basis for retention exists.
15. Changes
15.1. The notice is updated when processes or the law change. The applicable version is the one available on the date of the application, with notification for significant changes.
